This is not a second entry. I've been meaning to do a digital art, not traditional when I wanted to enter this contest, but I wasn't sure if I'd finish it on time. Making traditional art is way faster for me... So here's the digital reference sheet (which is easier to use)

Personality :
Anima is an animanga artist who is not too famous nor suck. She's an optimist, friendly and fun. As an artist she's highly competitive, and always strives to be better. She isn't the best artist but she always assures herself that someday she'll be a super-ultra-awesome artist.
Has a bit of a freaky streak on her. No, seriously, she's kinda freaky... unique? You know lah(?)
Likes to fangirls and updated enough in animanga fandoms (she tries to leave enough time to watch new animes and read mangas). Likes to wear pins of her current favorite animanga characters(so the pin's picture is everchanging, she has many collections). All genres are fine to her.
Bad thing is, she likes to procrascinate. Mainly when she feels really bored and pressured. But she can work incredibly efficient when doing a project she's highly interested in. When just waking up she'll be in a somewhat error phase, her head unclear and consciousness not fully developed. And she also fangirls hard.

Anime-anima has a little robot-pet Debi. Debi has a lid on her stomach which when flipped open reveals a monitor and a tablet. Anima does her digital arts here.

Manga-Anima has size-changing maru pen, whose size ranges from ultra small to bigger than herself.

Wearing shorts or skirt, whichever is actually fine to her. When working sometimes she takes off her cap.

Likes : Unusual but interesting art, chocolate bars
Dislikes : Works in hiatus, cockroaches

And so, the reasons...
Hmm, as a mascot I want someone who can become the 'spirit' of the group, someone lively and interesting. I picked yellow because it's eye-catching, and yellow means inteligence, creativity, and confidence. And happiness.
Green eyes because green eyes are rare ftw~ And green eyes are so soothing, yet heartwarming.

I hope she's an interesting character to you ^^
And I hope she symbolizes the spirit of a manga artist.
